Changing Myself
I'm fat. There. I said it.
I'm on the cusp of "morbidly obese".
I'm 35.
I'm 5'3".
I'm 214lbs.
I'm disgusting.
I'm saggy.
I'm embarrassed.
I'm ready to change.
